How a referral works
Here's exactly what happens once a referral comes your way. SETCON Admin can adjust these windows as the network learns what works best for each trade.
- 1Accept or decline within 24 business hours.
- 2After you accept, make first contact with the customer within 24 business hours and log it in the system.
- 3Schedule an inspection or submit an estimate within 2 business days, depending on the job.
- 4Keep your status current — Contacted Customer, Inspection Scheduled, Estimate in Progress, Waiting on Customer, Estimate Submitted — so the referral stays with you.
- 5If timeframes pass with no activity, we notify you, then your company administrator, then SETCON Admin for review and possible reassignment.
