Terms of Use & Intellectual Property Notice

1. Authorized Use Only

The SETCON Contractors Network platform, including the admin, contractor, and customer portals, is a private system provided for the exclusive use of authorized users. Access is granted only to (a) SETCON administrators, (b) approved contractors with an active account, and (c) customers with an active service request or project. Any other access, or use outside the purpose for which access was granted, is unauthorized and prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, software, workflows, routing logic, ranking and commission calculations, operations manuals, templates, brand marks, and data models that make up the SETCON Contractors Network platform are the sole and exclusive property of SETCON and its licensors. They are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual property laws.

No portion of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, reverse-engineered, decompiled, scraped, resold, or used to build or train a competing product or service without the prior written consent of SETCON. Access to the platform does not transfer any ownership, license, or right to reuse SETCON proprietary materials outside the platform.

3. Confidentiality

Users may see information about referrals, jobs, customers, contractors, payments, internal notes, and operational procedures that is confidential to SETCON and its participants. Users agree to (a) treat that information as confidential, (b) use it only to perform the work the platform is intended to support, and (c) not disclose it to any third party except as required by law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account credentials, session tokens, or magic links.
• Accessing accounts, projects, or data belonging to other users.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, RLS policies, rate limits, or other security controls.
• Automated scraping, bulk export, or unauthorized replication of SETCON data, routing rules, ranking formulas, commission logic, or SOP content.
• Uploading malware or content that violates law or third-party rights.

5. Monitoring & Audit

SETCON logs authentication events, navigation, and sensitive administrative actions to detect misuse and to protect the network. By using the platform you consent to this monitoring. Sessions may be terminated automatically after a period of inactivity and access may be revoked at any time for suspected misuse.

6. Founding Contractors Pilot

The platform is currently operating as a Founding Contractors Pilot. Features, fees, and workflows may change. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Enforcement

SETCON reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies. Unauthorized use of the platform or SETCON intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
